Noria 3NBS was harvested from the Noria lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda's Jaramillo farm on February 1, 2024. After harvest, the coffee cherries were slow dried on raised beds for 29 days. This lot is from Esmeralda Special Reserve, an award-winning coffee collection that has garnered continuous international prizes since Esmeralda introduced Geisha 15 years ago. At Esmeralda, they hand pick the ripest, reddest cherries. Nurtured in the volcanic soils of Boquete and sprinkled with mists of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, this is the exceptional Esmeralda Geisha.
