As we introduce the new Peru Geisha Natural Anaerobic this month, we are tasting three anaerobic process coffees during this event! Other than three traditional coffee processes (natural, washed and honey), Anaerobic is one of the modern processes that more and more coffee farms apply. Ferment coffee during a lack of oxygen environment to bring coffee more flavor or increase "coffee score" is the purpose of this process. Let's enjoy three coffees from different countries with different anaerobic processes, the we discuss pro and con of anaerobic process. We will use Belux modified tasting form and flavor wheel to guide everyone through the flavors.
